Our cottage has a small garden (backyard). You can’t see much of it from inside the house. We had a winning gardening strategy. Enjoy the “natural look” and then tidy up right before you move out.
We spent 2 hours this afternoon weeding. We found a rose bush and a peony. Lovely.
We have, though, improved on this strategy. Our new place has a gardener :-)
