Simon’s passport has arrived!

When I got home from the grocery store this morning I found Simon’s passport and Consular Report of Birth Abroad had arrived.  Yay!  Now that we have the passport we can apply for his UK entry visa, then we will finally be free to leave the island (and get back in).

This took only 17 days from the date we applied.  This is very quick considering the ash flight disruption that started the day after we applied almost certainly delayed the sending of the paperwork back to the States (as all passports are printed in the States).
